Mini Ulivo is born from a slow ripening process where the cheeses rest in special containers wrapped in fragrant, freshly cut olive branches, turning into a product with a unique flavour. Its sweet and fruity taste is the result of the love for our territory that drove the master cheesemakers to enhance the qualities of the precious olive trees that grow in Romagna. With its delicate aroma and light vegetable notes of olive, this small cheese made of sheep's milk is an excellent gift idea.
