Its sweet and fruity taste is the result of the love for our territory that has driven the master cheesemakers to enhance the qualities of the precious olive trees that grow in Romagna. With its delicate aroma and light vegetable notes, this sheep's milk cheese with its slightly irregular shape is the perfect ally to make an impression on friends and relatives.
