Pepper is a spice that comes from distant lands and for centuries has brought exceptional flavours to the tables of Europe's noble courts. Thanks to the curiosity and experience of our master cheesemakers, we have rediscovered these ancient flavours, resulting in a spicy cheese with an inimitable taste. Mini Piper Nigrum is a small cheese created from a mixture of cow's and sheep's milk, characterised by an intense flavour and a slight spiciness.
