Nocerino originates from the long forgotten custom of ripening cheeses wrapped in walnut leaves, which release their characteristic aroma onto the product. Ancient traditions live within this pecorino, which we hand down with passion. It has a strong personality, enhanced by the autumnal scent of walnut. Excellent as an aperitif accompanied by a good glass of wine, it is a true sensory experience.
