Our Goccia di Latte is a fresh cow's milk ricotta. It is considered a real cheese because it is made from whole cow's milk and not from whey. It can only be found in Romagna, because it comes from ancient local recipes handed down from generation to generation. Its soft taste and unique sweetness make it a food to be enjoyed by the spoonful, appreciated even by children. It is delicious as a filling for crescioni, cappelletti and tortelli.
