Ricotta di Pecora is a fresh, very simple product with great nutritional properties, making it tasty and excellent for supporting children as they grow. It is soft and creamy, with a delicate, round and enveloping flavour. Sheep's milk ricotta is ideal for low-calorie diets and for the preparing of tasty and light dishes, both sweet and savoury. It is made from sheep's milk whey and for this reason it is considered a dairy product rather than a cheese.
