Ricotta and Nutella tart

Prepare the tart base by mixing all the ingredients together. Roll the mixture out in a baking tin lined with baking paper, keeping a little dough aside for the lattice. Prepare the filling by mixing all the ingredients together; once smooth, spread it over the base. With the reserved pastry, make strips and lay them over the filling to form a lattice. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 30 minutes. Once baked, dust with icing sugar to taste and serve.
