The Mini Alveare has a feature that sets it apart from any other of our products: it is wrapped in a layer of beeswax, an extremely useful gift from the tireless worker bees that allows the cheese to mature naturally and preserve itself optimally. The skilful hands of our cheesemakers accompany the ripening of the pecorino and then dip it into the natural beeswax. It is a cheese with a harmonious taste and a full, smooth flavour with delicious honey notes.
